Memsight pricing has two layers
Your SDK/package edition controls available tooling. Your cloud plan controls credits, rate limits, and support.
Understand the layers before choosing a plan
Layer 1: SDK/package edition
For Unity, this is Memsight Lite vs Memsight (Paid) from the Unity Asset Store. This layer determines which local/editor capabilities are available.
Layer 2: Memsight cloud plan
Trial/Basic/Pro/Enterprise controls monthly cloud credits, request throughput, and support levels.
Cloud trial does not upgrade Lite to Memsight (Paid).
Cached Unity query reruns execute locally, so they do not consume cloud credits or cloud rate-limit capacity.
SDK edition entitlements are governed by the Memsight SDK EULA.

What am I actually paying for?
Cloud Intelligence Operations: natural-language translation, insight generation (regular and full-context), visual/compound insight, and playbook generation. Local execution of already-translated query expressions in Unity remains local.
What are the two pricing layers?
Layer 1 is your SDK/package edition (for Unity: Memsight Lite vs Memsight (Paid) from the Asset Store). Layer 2 is your Memsight cloud plan (trial/basic/pro/enterprise) that controls cloud credits, rate limits, and support.
Does the 14 days cloud trial unlock paid Unity package features?
No. The cloud trial provides cloud credits only. It does not change your Unity package edition. If you are on Memsight Lite, paid-package Unity features remain unavailable until you install Memsight (Paid).
Do I need a paid cloud plan to use Memsight Lite?
You can start with the cloud trial. After trial credits are exhausted/expired, upgrade your cloud plan to continue cloud-backed features. Local behavior still depends on your installed package edition.
Do cached Unity queries consume cloud credits or hit cloud rate limits?
No. Once a query expression is translated and cached in Unity, reruns execute locally in-memory. Those local reruns are immediate and do not consume cloud credits or cloud query-rate limits.
Can trial organizations buy one-time credit bundles?
Yes. Trial organizations can purchase one-time credit bundles at any time. Purchased credits are added to your organization balance and do not expire.
How does paid Unity entitlement verification work?
Paid Unity package entitlements and launch-credit grants require verified Unity Asset Store purchase evidence. Claims are reviewed, audit-logged, and duplicate or fraudulent claims are rejected.
What happens if I run out of cloud credits?
Upgrade your plan or purchase additional credits on-demand. We notify you as you approach limits.
Can I change cloud plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately with proration.
Which plans can submit feature requests or custom integration requests?
Feature-request tickets are available on Pro and Enterprise. Custom integration, implementation, and consulting request tickets are Enterprise-only.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset monthly. Purchased on-demand credits do not expire.
